• Recom­mended Care: Teak: Dust with a soft, dry cloth. Apply teak oil to teak surfaces 1-2 times a year if desired (avoid non-teak surfaces). Untreated teak will turn silver gray with age. Dab at wet spills with a dry cloth.|Cushion/Seat: Spills should be wiped with a damp cloth, using a mild detergent and a damp cloth on stains.|Jordan's Furniture recommends purchasing our Furniture Protection Program.
• Warranty: 1 yr against all manufacturer's defects
  Sunbrella: 5 yr limited warranty against loss of color and strength, abrasion and pilling. Does not cover normal care and cleaning, damage from misuse or abuse, improper installation or cost associated with replacement including labor and installation
