Whether it’s white-glove in-home delivery or pickup, Jordan’s Furniture makes it painless, and worry-free.
Whether you decide to have your purchase delivered using white-glove service or arrange for a pickup, at Jordan’s Furniture we are committed to ensuring the safety and health of our customers, and our drivers! We currently offer the following options.

White Glove In-home Delivery

  • Each delivery team will have hand sanitizer and/or hand wipes for their delivery truck
  • Team members are required to wear face coverings during every delivery if they are not fully vaccinated, or if customers prefer it
  • In addition, we are making sure our delivery teams adhere to all CDC guidelines

When our delivery associate arrives with your merchandise, they will skillfully assemble and set your purchase up in exactly the right place! We're committed to do everything just right to make sure your new furniture or mattress is delivered as you requested! We’ll even safely remove and dispose of your old mattress and foundation at no additional charge.

Contactless Delivery

As with White-glove In-home Delivery, your safety is our priority. We also offer a contactless method – packed and unassembled to the location outside of your home that you selected at the time of purchase, such as a garage, covered porch, or threshold, to ensure your delivery is safe, and protected from the elements. Someone 18 years or older must be present at the time of delivery.

Pickup

Pickup service is available at our corporate distribution facility in East Taunton, MA, as well as limited pickup hours available at all store locations. Visit our store locations pages for details.

As with any delivery we make, when you pick up your merchandise, we will ensure your safety is our priority. All employees will adhere to social distancing practices, and all safety and sanitary precautions.

Delivery Area

We deliver throughout most of Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Connecticut, New Hampshire, Maine, Vermont, and parts of New York and New Jersey.

  • Furniture Delivery Charge

    We charge a portion of the furniture retail cost, excluding our protection program to deliver in the immediate area around each store. Additional charges apply to more distant regions. Choose the option that works best for you:

    • White Glove Delivery - For 6.5% of the furniture retail cost, your furniture will be assembled, placed in your home exactly where you want it, and all packaging materials removed.
    • Contactless Delivery - For 3% of the furniture retail cost, your furniture will be delivered packed and unassembled to the location outside of your home that you select at the time of purchase, such as a garage, covered porch, or threshold.
  • Sleep Lab Delivery Charge

    We charge 2.5% of the merchandise retail cost and include free removal of old bedding for towns in the immediate area around each store. An additional charge applies for more distant regions.

  • Colossal Clearance Center Purchases

    If you choose to have in-home delivery of a furniture purchase made from our Clearance Center, we charge 15% of the merchandise retail cost.

    If you prefer to have contactless delivery of your Clearance purchase, the charge is 12% of the merchandise retail cost.

  • Arranging for Delivery

    Jordan's Furniture delivers throughout Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Connecticut, Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, Eastern New York, New York City, and Long Island. See "Delivery Area" section for more details.

    You can schedule your delivery online from the My Orders page, or you can call us at 1-866-8-JORDANS (1-866-856-7326), Option #1. Customer Service hours are Monday, 7:30 to 5:00 PM, Tuesday – Saturday 7:00AM – 5:00 PM, Closed on Sundays.

    PLEASE NOTE: To facilitate a safe and easy delivery, please read the "Preparing for Delivery" section.

    Merchandise purchased at our Colossal Clearance Center must be paid in full (cash, check, credit card) at the time of purchase. We also offer 6 or 12 month financing*. Restrictions apply. See store for details. Merchandise must either be picked up within three (3) days or delivered within ten (10) days from the date of purchase. Please see a Sales Associate for details.

  • Coordinating a Furniture Pickup

    Jordan's Furniture will help arrange for pickup of merchandise at our corporate distribution facility in East Taunton, MA, or at all store locations. When you pick up your merchandise, we will ensure your safety is our priority. All employees will adhere to social distancing practices, and all safety and sanitary precautions.

    Customer Service hours are Monday, 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., Tuesday through Saturday, 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Closed on Sundays.

    Please call at least 72 hours prior to the desired pickup day. This will provide time to have the merchandise prepared for safe pickup at the distribution facility or at our store locations.

Preparing for Delivery
  • Clear a  Path

    In order to facilitate a safe and easy merchandise delivery, we ask that you do the following:

    • Safety First— Please remove snow, ice, or other potentially hazardous obstacles from all walkways and driveways.
    • Clear the Way— Please have a pathway cleared through your home, to the room in which the furniture or mattress will be placed.
    • An Adult Must Be Home— Ensure that someone 18 years of age or older is present to accept the delivery.
    • Arrange Entrance— If your delivery requires the removal of a door or window, please have this done prior to the delivery. If needed, the driver can place a phone call prior to arrival for better coordination.
    • Pets – Please secure pets during the delivery process.
  • Delivery to Buildings and Complexes

    Most apartment buildings, condo complexes, retirement facilities, and office suites prohibit deliveries during certain hours. If your building or complex has such restrictions, please let us know when scheduling a delivery.

    If an elevator’s use is required for delivery, please do your best to reserve it for the appropriate time. This will help ensure a timely delivery.

    • Inclement Weather Policy—To ensure the safety of our delivery associates, we reserve the right to delay deliveries due to hazardous road and/or weather conditions.
    • Hoisting Fees—If special accommodations are made for furniture that needs to be suspended/dropped into an area, additional fees may be assessed.
    • Late Cancellation Fee— All deliveries cancelled within 48 hours of scheduled delivery will incur a restocking fee.
    • Shoe Removal Policy— Due to corporate safety policies and OSHA guidelines, our delivery associates are prohibited from removing their boots at any time.
