The categories C and F above (identified with an asterisk) include a limited amount of sensitive information that we collect only for the purposes of completing our legitimate business purposes, including fulfilling your product, service, and experience purchases and for working with our financing partners to offer and provide financing and credit for your purchases. We collect sensitive information only with your express consent.

If you contact us using Live Assistance through our Site (available by clicking the chat icon on the Site), you can choose to interact with us by either text or video. We do not request any identifying information from you when you contact us through Live Assistance, however, you may choose to provide information to achieve a more productive outcome from your interaction. We do not store any video or sound recordings from your contact. We do store text transcripts for a period of up to 12 months. None of the data we receive through Live Assistance is used for any purpose other than the specific purpose for which you contacted us. Information We Share

We share the categories of Personal Information listed below with third parties for the purpose of our cross-context behavioral advertising and our targeted advertising. Some Personal Information is collected about you through automated sources, including through website cookies, on-premises security cameras, use of our wi-fi services, and use of website monitoring and maintenance applications.

We operate cameras in stores for security and operational purposes, such as to measure traffic patterns. When used for operational purposes, we do not use these cameras to identify you personally.

About Wi-Fi

If you choose to use our Wi-Fi technology, we may track general location analytics. To collect the data, we allow a third-party provider to use a technology that senses the presence of smartphones. Certain device information, like device ID and location, is collected as necessary for us to provide Wi-Fi service within our premises.

About Website Monitoring and Maintenance

We use Google Analytics 4 as a tool to manage interactions with our Site and our online advertising. We do not control Google’s use of your Personal Information. About Location Based Services

If your mobile device settings allow, we may use location based services to understand traffic patterns in our venues. The location data we capture helps us to understand our venues, such as how long customers stand in line and how they generally move around an area, enhancing operational efficiency and improving user experience. We do not personally identify anyone by precise geolocation data and we never track anyone’s location outside of our stores by precise geolocation data. Location data is not shared with any third party and is disclosed only to our service providers as necessary for our own business purposes.

How We Share Your Information Outside Jordan's Furniture

Jordan's Furniture does not sell or rent your Personal Information to third parties. We may disclose or share your Personal Information, whether you are a current or former customer, for our own business purpose, under the following limited circumstances:

Service Providers
We may disclose information about you with our service providers or suppliers that we engage to perform our business operations. Examples are shipping vendors, furniture protection vendors, credit card processors, and companies that help us improve our product and service offerings and our website. Credit Providers
We serve as an agent for suppliers to offer you financial products and services. Even though we are an agent for these services, we work with our partners to ensure they provide appropriate privacy policies and protections. We do not receive the information that you disclose to our financial institution partners. Our partner(s) are governed by privacy laws applicable to financial institutions. How We Secure Your Information

Securing your information is a company priority. Jordan’s Furniture has implemented reasonable physical and digital security measures to prevent unauthorized access to transmitted and stored information. Our sites have security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. We follow generally accepted industry standards to protect the Personal Information submitted to us, both during transmission and once we receive it. Hard copies of Personal Information are maintained in locked locations or cabinets with similar restrictions for electronic storage of Personal Information. When disposed of, the information is shredded, destroyed, erased, or otherwise made unreadable.

Exercising Your Rights.When exercising the rights or options allotted to you by your state’s laws and as described in this Privacy Policy, the following guidelines apply:

Authorized Agent. You may designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf under your state’s privacy law, subject to mailing us a valid power of attorney, the requester’s valid government issued identification, and the authorized agent’s valid government issued identification.

Colorado, Connecticut, Oregon, Texas, Virginia Residents. You have the right to appeal if we reject your privacy rights request. If your privacy rights request is rejected, you will receive an email with instructions as to how to contact the Vice President of eCommerce or our privacy officer and may attach or include a link to an appeal intake form.
