The Environment – Our Customer Service Call Center works together with other departments to provide:

The Training Program – We believe in setting our team up for success from day one. All new Customer Service Representatives start with four months of paid classroom training, including job shadowing and mentoring.

You’ll learn everything you need to:

  • Confidently handle customer calls

  • Schedule deliveries and service appointments

  • Answer product questions and general inquiries

Career Growth – At our Customer Care Center, you’ll start as a Customer Relations Specialist, building the core skills needed to succeed. From there, you can grow into roles like Senior Specialist, handling more complex issues and mentoring others, or Team Lead, where you’ll guide a team and support daily operations. For those passionate about quality and coaching, the Quality Assurance Coach role offers the chance to focus on service excellence and training.
