Is this bed's color white as shown in the second picture where the bedroom set is?
ANSWER: Good afternoon,
The Ashley Willowton King Sleigh Bed is shown in a Whitewashed finish over replicated grain. Both pictures are actually displaying the same finish but the first picture is showing a little darker than the actual finish and the second picture is showing a little lighter. A better sample of the Whitewashed finish can be seen on the King Panel Bed via the link below.

Also, although the King Sleigh bed is not currently being shown on any showroom floors the Queen Panel bed in the same Whitewashed finish may be seen at all Jordan's locations.

What does the inside of the footboard look like? Does it have a finished look like on the outside? I have seen the panel bed in this collection and the inside of the footboard is made of a plain white pressboard which looks very tacky. I would like to order the sleigh bed but want to make sure the inside of the footboard on it is not the same as on the panel board especially since the top of the footboard curves outward away from the mattress so it will be visible.

Does this product have a drawer? The description mentions something about a drawer. Also, does this require a box spring?
