Q: I was notified that my order is in-stock. When can I get it delivered?A: Good news! We are pleased to announce that deliveries have resumed. If you are already scheduled, we will contact you 2 days prior with a 3-hour delivery time frame. To schedule your order, please visit www.jordans.com/user/flyoutbox/schedule-order.
NOTE: We will keep you updated as to when our Massachusetts stores will be reopening.

Q: Do you offer contactless delivery?A: Yes, Jordan’s Furniture offers safe contactless delivery, which allows drivers to leave your merchandise in the first dry area on your property, such as a garage, covered porch, or threshold. In addition, we offer white-glove in-home delivery and pickup options. Visit our Delivery & Pickup page for more details.
Q: Can I pick up my order sooner?A: Our pickup service has resumed at our East Taunton, MA warehouse, as well as limited pickup hours available at our Nashua NH, New Haven, CT and Warwick, RI locations beginning May 23rd. If you would like to change your delivery order to a pickup, or vice versa, please send us an email and we will be happy to make the adjustment to your purchase.
Q: I have not been notified that my order is in-stock. Does that mean that I will never receive it?A: No, you will receive your order. Due to COVID-19 factory closures, we anticipate production and receiving delays may occur. Once we resume full operations, we will have a more approximate arrival estimate for your order. Q: What do I do if I have a problem with my furniture?A: Although Jordan's Furniture hasn’t fully resumed all operations, we will continue to do everything we can to assist you by Email. We appreciate your patience, as the response time may be longer than normal due to limited staff.

Please know claims must be reported within 30 days of noticing the damage and the original order number is required.
