Do you service out-of-warranty furniture?
As much as we would like to, we are - unfortunately - unable to provide service on out-of-warranty merchandise. We will attempt to assist you in acquiring parts that you may need from the manufacturer. Please email Jordan's Customer Service or call us at 1-866-8JORDANS.

Does Jordan's sell gift certificates?
Yes, we do sell gift certificates. They can be purchased in person at any of our store locations, or over the telephone.

Do you have wheelchairs and strollers available for customers?
We do have wheelchairs and strollers available for our customers, but please be aware that on a busy day, they may all be in use when you arrive. Enjoy your visit!

Does Jordan's re-upholster furniture?

We will remove your existing mattress and foundation for sleep set purchases only.

My reclining chair is difficult to operate. What can I do?
First, flip the chair on its back to see if the mechanism is tied with the shipping strap. If so, remove the strap. Reclining mechanisms work on gravity. If you are sitting either too far forward or too far back in the seat, it will not operate properly.

Can I purchase toss pillows in a different, or even the same fabric?

My fabric is pilling. Is this normal? What can I do?
Pilling is normal and maintained easily by using a fabric shaver. This controls the pilling until the fabric stops shedding. Fabric shavers can be purchased at most department stores.

What do you recommend to clean and polish wood furniture?
Apply a quality polish 3-4 times per year. Dust with a clean cloth periodically, as needed. Jordan's Furniture recommends Stainsafe™ products. See Wood Care for more details.

How often should I flip or rotate my cushions?
Loose cushions and pillows should be flipped, rotated and fluffed on a weekly basis to keep the filling evenly distributed and to allow for even wear.

How can I tell if fabric protection was applied to my furniture?
You won't be able to see or smell the fabric protection. Check for either a blue (fabric) or brown (leather) Stainsafe™ label under the seat cushion on the law label. Sometimes, the label falls off. Don't worry. Our records will indicate that you purchased fabric protection, and you are covered under the warranty. For warranty specific questions email Jordan's Customer Service or call us at

Floor Care
How can I prevent scratching of my hardwood floors?
No matter how durable a finish you have on your wood floors, they are not impervious to damage. The best way to protect your wood floors is to affix felt discs to the feet of all furniture in the room. These discs are available at most hardware stores.

How can I protect my wood furniture from the wear and tear of normal household items?
Items such as the feet on computers, calculators and alarm clocks can damage your into furniture's finish. Chemical components in rubber, plastic and nylon can migrate into the finish, causing softening, indentations and discoloration. To protect your furniture, apply felt discs to the feet or contact points.

How does the Finance Promotion work?
We are pleased to offer our customers a 12 month Same As Cash promotional offer on purchases using Jordan's Powercharge, subject to credit approval. This offer includes no down-payment (special order exception), no monthly payments, and no interest during the promotional period. Please note that if the balance on these purchases is paid in full before the expiration of the 12 months promotional period and your Account is kept current, accrued Finance Charges will not be imposed on these purchases. If balance on these purchases is not paid in full, Finance Charges will be assessed from the purchase date. Minimum Finance Charge $1.00. Certain rules apply to the allocation of payments and Finance Charges if you make more than one purchase on your credit card. Call 1-888-367-4310 or review your cardholder agreement for information. For Accounts opened on or before 02/16/2003, the Standard Rate APRs are 18% (MA) and 21% (NH). For Accounts opened on or after 02/17/2003, the Standard Rate is 23.9% APR. For Accounts not kept current, the Default Rate of 27.9% APR will be applied to all balances on your Account.
