Setting a Date and Time

Keep these things in mind when scheduling a Jordan's Furniture delivery or pickup.

ONCE YOUR PURCHASE IS READY, the next step is getting it home. It's your choice: getting furniture home can be done either by having the merchandise delivered directly or by arranging a time for pickup.

Arranging for Delivery

Jordan's Furniture delivers throughout Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Connecticut, Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, Eastern New York, New York City, and Long Island. See Jordan's "Delivery Area" page for more details.

You can schedule your delivery online from the My Orders page, or you can call us at 1-866-8-JORDANS (1-866-856-7326), Option #1. Customer Service hours are Monday through Saturday, 7 a.m. to 6 p.m.

PLEASE NOTE: To facilitate a safe and easy delivery, please read the "Delivery Preparation" page.

Merchandise purchased at our Colossal Clearance Center is eligible for delivery on Sundays only, and service is not available after purchase. Please see a sales associate for details.

Coordinating a Furniture Pickup

Jordan's Furniture will help arrange for pickup of merchandise at whichever store location is most convenient. You can also pick up your purchase at our corporate distribution facility.

You can schedule your pickup online from the My Orders page, or you can call us at at 1-866-8-JORDANS (1-866-856-7326), Option #1. Customer Service Service hours are Monday through Saturday, 7 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Please call at least 72 hours prior to the desired pickup day. This will provide time to have the merchandise transferred from the Distribution Center to the appropriate store warehouse if needed.
