WHEN IT COMES TIME TO RETIREMENT, Jordan’s Furniture wants all its employees to be in good financial shape. We help by offering 401(k) plans to employees with at least one year of service.
Any employee that is at least 18 years old, has one year of service, and has logged at least 1,000 working hours is eligible to participate in the company 401(k) plan.
Under the plan, employees may contribute between 1% and 50% of their pre-taxed earnings toward a 401(k) portfolio. In addition, Jordan’s Furniture will match 25 cents for each dollar an employee contributes to the plan up to a maximum of 6%. Employees are immediately vested in the total contribution, including the match from Jordan’s Furniture.
