Health & Wellness
Full-time employees and part-time employees who work between 24-34 hours per week are eligible for the following:
- Medical - Our Point Of Service (POS) health plan has an extensive
network of doctors and specialists to chose from and includes prescription drug
coverage, and fitness and weight loss reward programs.
- Dental -Our premier dental plan covers 100% for preventative care,
80% after deductible for basic restorative care, and 50% after deductible for
major restorative care.
- Health Care Flexible Spending Account (FSA) - We offer a Health Care FSA
to help you pay for some of your health care expenses with pre-tax dollars,
that are not covered by medical and dental insurance.
Additionally,
- Vision Plan - Full-time employees may purchase a Vision Plan for themselves and their dependents and receive in-network and out-of-network services for eye examinations, eyeglasses, contact lenses, and laser vision correction surgery.
- Hearing Discount Plan - Full-time employees are eligible to receive a 30% discount off of in-network manufacturer's suggested retail price or $250 off of customary pricing, whichever is greater for certain hearing aid products and services.

Family Income Protection
Full-time employees are eligible for the following:
- Basic Life Insurance - Jordan's provides one times annual salary with
a minimum benefit of $50,000 and a maximum of $325,000.
- Basic Accidental & Dismemberment (AD&D) Insurance - Jordan's
provides one times annual salary with a minimum benefit of $50,000 and a maximum
of $325,000.
- Supplemental Life and AD&D Insurance - Employees can purchase
Supplemental Life Insurance and/or AD&D protection in $10,000 increments,
up to five times their annual earnings or $500,000, over and above the Basic
Life and AD&D insurance coverage provided by Jordan's.
- Supplemental Life and AD&D Insurance for Spouse or Domestic Partner
- Employees can purchase Supplemental Life Insurance and/or AD&D protection
for their spouse or domestic partner in $5,000 increments, if the employee purchases
additional coverage for themselves. The maximum amount is the lesser of 50%
of the employee's amount of insurance or $250,000.
- Supplemental Life and AD&D Insurance for Children - Employees
can purchase Supplemental Life Insurance and/or AD&D protection in $2,000
increments for their children, only if the employee purchases additional coverage
for themselves. The maximum amount of insurance is $10,000.
- Short Term Disability Insurance - Jordan's provides employees with
Short Term Disability (STD) insurance should the employee become unable to work
for up to 12 weeks because of non-work related illness or injury.
- Long Term Disability Insurance - Jordan's provides employees with
Long Term Disability (LTD) insurance should the employee become unable to work
for more than 12 weeks because of non-work related illness or injury.
- Supplemental Long Term Disability - Employees may apply for Supplemental Long
Term Disability Insurance at a 25% discount over and above the group Long Term
Disability Insurance provided by Jordan's.

Preparing for Your Retirement
- 401(k) Plan - All employees at least 18 years old, with one year of
service, and 1,000 hours are eligible to participate in the 401(k) plan. Under
this plan employees may contribute between 1% - 25% of their pre-tax earnings.
Jordan's matches 25 cents for each dollar employees contribute to the plan up
to a maximum of 6%. Employees are immediately vested in their own and Jordan's
matching contribution.
- 401(k) Toolbox - Jordan's believes in providing employees with the right tools to manage their investments. Employees have access to professional investment advice and account management for their 401(k)/Profit Sharing Plan through 401(k) Toolbox. 401(k) Toolbox is not influenced by or affiliated with New York Life or Jordan's, their advice is completely independent and unbiased.

Individual and Career Development
- Tuition Reimbursement - Full-time employees with 6 months of service
are eligible to receive $3,000 for tuition reimbursement. Courses must be approved
and job related.
- Internal Placement - We encourage promoting J-Team members from within
the company and help them develop valuable skills to be successful in their
positions.
- Training and Development - Beginning on the first day of orientation
we work to inspire J-Team members to reach their full potential. We offer on-site
sales training as well as computer skills, management, and business writing
skills training.

Life outside of Jordan's Furniture
- Paid Time Off - All employees accrue Paid Time Off (PTO) as of their
date of hire and can use it as they accrue it. Thereafter, employees PTO accrual
rate increases based on their years of service.
- Holidays - Jordan's pays employees for at least 8 holidays each year.
While the schedule varies from year to year, paid holidays include: New Years
Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Thanksgiving Day,
Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day.

Lending a Hand
- Employee Assistance Program (EAP) - The EAP is a free confidential
service designed to assist employees with information and resources to balance
the demands of work and personal life including finding quality daycare and
eldercare. Legal and financial resources are also available.
- Adoption Assistance Reimbursement Program - Jordan's recognizes that
the adoption of a child is an important family event. Through the Adoption Assistance
benefit, eligible employees are offered financial assistance of up to $5,000
for each adopted child to help defray some of the costs incurred in adopting
a child.
- Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account (FSA) - We offer a Dependent
Care FSA to help full-time employees, and part-time employees who work between 24-34 hours per week, pay for some of their dependent care expenses
with pre-tax dollars, that they incur while they work.
- Ultimate Legal Plan - Full-time employees may purchase comprehensive managed legal services for themselves and their dependents for common legal matters.

A Few Extras
- Employee Discount - One of the great benefits that Jordan's offers
to its J-Team members, is the opportunity to purchase furniture at a 35% discount.
All employees are eligible immediately following their 90-Day Introductory Performance
Period to purchase up to $5,000 in discounted merchandise per calendar year.
- Seasonal Discounts - Employees can purchase discount tickets for Six
Flags, Water Country, and King Richard's Faire.
- Other Discounts - Employees can purchase movie tickets at a discount.
They are also eligible to receive a discount on Dell computers and Meineke
Mufflers.
- For Your Convenience Program - Jordan's realizes that the J-Team's time
is valuable, so we provide convenient programs at some of our locations.
These services include on-site oil changes, dry cleaning and discount movie passes. Employees can also
purchase postage stamps on-site.
- Group Auto & Home Insurance - Full-time employees may apply for special group auto and home insurance rates through MetLife Insurance. Special features include discounted rates, convenient payment options, extended customer service hours, and 24-hour claim service.
