Here are some helpful hints to assist you with the Jordan's application process:
- - First of all, you will need a valid email address to apply online so we may confirm the acceptance of your application. Visit yahoo.com; aol.com or gmail.com to sign up for a free email address.
- - You will need to create a password which will allow you access to your application to update it as needed, or send you notification of future openings. Please create a password that you will remember and make sure you keep a record of it.
- - When creating your password, you will be prompted to select a security question to answer. Please remember the answer to the question as this is the only way the system will be able to verify who you are in the event that you can't remember your password.
- - Please note that once you start the application process, your application record will be saved to the system, even if you exit out in the middle of the process. In order to re-access your application, you will need the same user name and password to continue.
- - If you want to go back to update your application or profile, click on the link that says Update My Profile.
- - When completing salary information, the system recognizes dollar signs, but not "K" for thousand.
- - At any time during this process, if you need further assistance, you may email our Recruitment team at Recruit@jordans.com and include your telephone number that we may reach you at. We will get back to you as soon as possible.
- - Any field that has an asterisk (*) is a required field. You will not be able to continue the application process if you leave a required field blank.
- - Please note that once you start a section even if you delete the information you typed (even if it does not say there are required fields), the program notes that you started it and you must enter something in each of the fields in order to proceed to the next page.
Once your application has been submitted:
- - You will receive a confirmation email from us acknowledging that we received your application.
- - If after reviewing your application, the recruiter determines you are a good match for the job you applied for, you will be scheduled for a telephone or face-to-face interview. The candidates will usually have multiple interviews with different members of the hiring team. All members of the hiring team provide input towards a final decision.
- - If you are not selected, your application will be kept in the Jordan's database and will be reviewed for future openings for up to one year.
- - All Jordan's employees must successfully pass a background check. If the position is deemed 'safety sensitive' all offers for these positions are also contingent upon successfully passing a drug test, physical and strength test.
