OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES
1) HOW TO ENTER: On an official entry form, available at all 4 Jordan's Furniture locations (Reading, Natick, Avon, and Nashua), print name, address, zip code, e-mail, and furniture choices (up to the value of $2,000). Deposit the entry in an official ballot box, located in the store office of every store location. All entries must be completed and deposited by close of business on November 29, 2004.
2) RANDOM DRAWING: Jordan's Furniture will select thirty (30) winners at random from all entries on Wednesday, December 1, 2004. All winners will be notified by Jordan's Furniture by mail within 30 days following the drawing. Final results of the drawing and all decisions of Jordan's Furniture are final. Entrants need not be present to win.
3) PRIZE AND RETAIL VALUE: All winners will receive a Jordan's Furniture gift certificate, valued at $2,000 (whether or not they have already purchased their furniture of choice during the contest period of October 29, 2004 through November 29, 2004). If the winner has already purchased their furniture of choice in his/her name during the contest period, he/she will receive a $2,000 Jordan's Furniture gift certificate, plus a bonus of $1,000 credit for bonus merchandise. Prizes will be released to winners only. Prizes are not redeemable for cash or any other consideration. No substitutes or tranfers are allowed. Prizes not claimed within 30 days will be forfeited and will become the property of Jordan's Furniture. Winners are responsible for paying for all local, county, state, and federal taxes. By accepting the prize, winners agree to hold Jordan's Furniture harmless against any and all claims and liability arising out of prize. Winners need not use their Jordan's Furniture gift certificate to purchase the furniture listed on the ballot.
4) GENERAL RULES: One entry per person. Must be 18 years or older to enter. Contest runs from October 29, 2004 through November 29, 2004. No purchase necessary to enter. Jordan's Furniture is not responsible for entries that are illegible, tampered with or incomplete. Employees of Jordan's Furniture are not eligible to win. By participating in this promotion, entrants agree to be bound by the Official Rules. No mechanically reproduced entries will be accepted. Odds of winning this contest are determined by the number of entries received. Winners may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and receipt. CONTEST VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.
