Peace of Mind Protection Program

ACCIDENTS HAPPEN, but luckily Jordan's Furniture has taken that into account by offering Peace of Mind Protection Program.

Combining an ecologically responsible line of cleaning and maintenance products with the professional support of our warranty service staff, we have teamed up with a major warranty provider to bring you not only peace of mind, but also a practical solution for accidents that may occur.

Our Peace of Mind protection plan provides:

  • Five-year limited product warranty
  • Coverage of accidental damage to fabric, leather, and wood during normal residential use
  • Five-day reporting period (from date of occurrence)

PLEASE NOTE: The Peace of Mind Protection Program is administered by Uniter's North America (NA). Jordan's Furniture will not always administer repair work. Contact the Customer Service department for details.

How the Program Works

Through the Peace of Mind Protection Program, Uniter's NA will process claims as quickly as possible.

In order for the claim to be covered, you must:

  • Call Uniter's NA directly at 866-225-2196.
  • File your claim within five days of the damage occurring.
  • Report exactly what caused the damage.
  • Know your sale order number.
  • Know the date of delivery (if applicable).

PLEASE NOTE: Uniter's NA will not cover accumulation of damages—that is, multiple stains or damages incurred over time. It will not cover stains or damages caused by everyday soiling or normal use, nor will it cover unidentifiable stains or spills or damage not attended to properly.

Though this process may vary a little depending on the nature of the damage or stain being filed, here's what you can expect:

  1. Uniter's NA may advise you to try to remove the stain with the cleaning and maintenance products provided to you when you purchased the warranty. If you are not able to correct the stain or damage using the protection program's products (see our furniture care pages for kit descriptions), then Uniter's NA will have a service professional attempt to clean or repair the affected portion of the furniture.
  2. If Uniter's NA is unable to correct the issue, then it may be determined that the affected portion—or even the complete item—needs replacement.
  3. If Uniter's NA does decide to replace an affected portion or a complete item, the merchandise will be equal to that of the original price of the merchandise being replaced.
