- Tuition Reimbursement—Full-time employees with at least six months of service are eligible to receive up to $3,000 for tuition reimbursement. Courses must be approved and related to job duties.
- Training & Development—Beginning on the first day’s orientation, we work to inspire J-Team members to reach their full potential. We offer on-site sales training as well as computer and management skills training.
- Internal Placement—Jordan’s Furniture places a value on internal promotion. We not only help J-Team members develop new and improved skills, but we also focus on promoting from within the company whenever possible.
