At Jordan's Furniture, J-Team members benefit from an expansive health care insurance package.
J-TEAM MEMBERS ARE HEALTHY thanks to the benefits offered by Jordan’s Furniture. Our full-time employees (as well as our part-time employees working between 24 and 34 hours per week) are eligible for the following health benefit programs:
- Medical—Our health plan includes an extensive network of doctors and specialists from which to choose. This plan also offers prescription drug coverage as well as fitness and weight loss reimbursements.
- Dental—Our premier dental plan covers 100 percent of preventative care costs, 80 percent (after deductible) of basic restorative care costs, and 50 percent (after deductible) of major restorative care costs.
- Health Care Flexible Spending—We offer a health care flexible spending account (FSA) to help pay for health-related expenses with pre-tax dollars.
- Vision—Full-time employees may purchase a vision plan for themselves as well as their dependents. In-network and out-of-network services may include eye examinations, eyeglasses, contact lenses, and laser vision correction surgery.
- Hearing—Full-time employees are eligible to receive a 30 percent discount off of in-network manufacturer’s suggested retail price (or $250 discount, whichever is greater) for certain hearing aid products and services.
