IN ADDITION TO THE BENEFITS outlined on the other Jordan's Furniture Employee Benefits pages, J-Team members enjoy several other nice little "perks." Discounts, group rates, and convenience programs are all part of a day's work at Jordan's Furniture.

  • Employee Discount—One of the great benefits that Jordan's Furniture offers its J-Team members is the opportunity to purchase furniture at a 35% discount. All employees are eligible immediately following their 90-day Introductory Performance Period to purchase up to $5,000 in discounted merchandise per calendar year.

  • Seasonal Discounts—Through this program, J-Team members are able to buy discounted tickets to local attractions.

  • 'For Your Convenience' Program—We want to make life a little easier for our J-Team members when possible. The "For Your Convenience" program offers services at certain Jordan's Furniture locations that include on-site oil changes, dry cleaning, and discounted movie pass sales. Postage stamps are also sold to employees on-site.

  • Group Auto and Home Insurance—Full-time employees may apply to join special group auto and home insurance packages. Special features of these group packages include discounted rates, convenient payment options, extended customer service hours, and a 24-hour claim service.
